Latin class at the Roman Army Museum

We started this morning at the Roman Army Museum, where the students received a Latin lesson from the holographic grammaticus. The lesson is intended for school children, but it’s good fun.  The grammaticus taught us that Emma and Emily are derived from Latin names.  “Scientia potentia est,” as the grammaticus says.
